KELLY PARR
Rhythm is a strong, regular, repeated pattern, a pace your body can return to again and again. And here is the key: your rhythm is discovered, not forced. As we keep walking through the Four Seasons of Cleansing framework, we are not chasing intensity; we are learning to move with the pace your body was designed to maintain.
Walking the Camino de Santiago, I often heard that I would "find my rhythm." At first, especially while climbing through the Pyrenees mountains, I struggled to settle into my rhythm. Yet, step by step, in sync, my body began to respond naturally—breath, pace, rest, repeat. Soon, my steps became steady, my backpack felt less like a burden and my poles naturally became an extension of my arms.
That is exactly how the Four Seasons of Cleansing works. We do not push one pace all year. We listen for the season, stabilize in winter, release in spring, balance in summer, and strengthen in fall. Same path, different rhythm.
Stabilize. Release. Balance. Strengthen. These words reflect the three rhythms of cleansing—daily rhythm, seasonal rhythm, and emotional rhythm. Take a few moments to read Three Rhythms of Cleansing and consider which rhythm your body and inner life may be asking for right now. Then come back and let me know which one resonates most in this season!

When Healing Is Approached Differently
Most health approaches begin with the body or the mind—what to fix, remove, or control.
This space is for women who are learning from a different starting place. Healing begins with a heart at rest, realigns the inner life, and then supports the body—so practices like cleansing and fasting work with you, not against you, and change becomes lasting rather than another restart.
