You Multiply Who You Are
This week I turned the corner from spring into summer, and it stirred a question I have not been able to let go of.
Who is my freedom actually for?
Spring asked me to release. Summer is asking something gentler, to settle, to nourish what was cleared, to stop striving and simply receive. And somewhere in that quieter turn, the question remained at the forefront of my mind.
Here is what I keep learning.
We do not multiply what we know. We multiply who we are. You can hand a woman a list of tips, a meal plan, a perfect morning routine, and watch none of it take root. Because information is not what transforms us. Presence is. Wholeness is. The quiet, lived out freedom of someone who has walked through something and come out on the other side.
You can only take another woman as far as you have walked yourself. I cannot give what I have not lived. I cannot offer peace I have not received, or freedom I am still white knuckling. So before any of this becomes a teaching, it has to be a becoming. Spirit first, then soul, then body, all of it coming into alignment, healing the way it was always meant to, from the inside out.
And here's the grace in it.
The freedom that grew in you this season was never meant to stay with you. It was always meant to overflow. The rest you found, the clarity, the lightness, the thing you finally let go of. Someone in your life is waiting for the version of you that lived through it.
This is the heart behind the "Four Seasons of Cleansing". Not a program to perform, but a rhythm to come home to, season by season, body and inner life and spirit together. We cleanse and rebuild in sync with the seasons, and as we are healed, we have something real to impart to the next woman.
So I put the rest of my heart into a short video. Come with me.

Then sit with the one question it left me with, the one I am still sitting with myself.
Who is your freedom for?
Your freedom is fully yours to receive, and the overflow happens on its own. No obligation, no rescuing anyone.
You teach what you know. But you multiply who you are.

When Healing is Approached Differently
Most health approaches begin with the body or the mind—what to fix, remove, or control.
This space is for women who are learning from a different starting place. Healing begins with a heart at rest, realigns the inner life, and then supports the body—so practices like cleansing and fasting work with you, not against you, and change becomes lasting rather than another restart.
