KELLY PARR
Cleansing always comes before rebuilding.
That principle doesn’t change. But the way we approach cleansing can be two different ways.
1. Deep cleansing—a process that gently resets the liver, gut, lymph, hormones, cravings, and patterns.
2. Gentle cleansing—clearing clutter, calming inflammation, supporting organs, and preparing for deeper work.
Here’s the key:
Deep cleansing is best kept for specific times of year (spring & fall), when your body is naturally ready for it. Gentle cleansing, however, is appropriate and supportive all year-round.
In our Four Seasons of Cleansing, that often looks like: Winter—Gentle Cleanse | Spring—Deep Cleanse | Summer—Gentle Cleanse | Fall—Deep Cleanse. This isn’t rigid—your body may be in a different "inner" season—but it’s a wise way to begin.
At the same time, your body moves in two rhythms: a healing rhythm (cleanse, then rebuild),
and a seasonal rhythm, which helps you recognize which type of cleansing (deep or gentle) is most supportive during different seasons.
The beginning of the year isn’t about forcing your body to release everything at once. It’s about gentle clearing, nourishment, reflection, and preparation—creating space so your body is ready for deeper work when the time is right.
In January and February, we are learning to cleanse holistically with your body, not against it. No pressure. No forcing. Just rhythm, wisdom, and grace. The way you were designed!
This is where healing begins. Give yourself permission to start this gentle clearing and trust the rhythm of your body.

When Healing Is Approached Differently
Most health approaches begin with the body or the mind—what to fix, remove, or control.
This space is for women who are learning from a different starting place. Healing begins with a heart at rest, realigns the inner life, and then supports the body—so practices like cleansing and fasting work with you, not against you, and change becomes lasting rather than another restart.
