KELLY PARR
As I continue building and refining "A Year of Wholeness", I’m seeing more clearly what makes our "Four Seasons of Cleansing" so different, unique, and unlike anything else out there.
Seasonal cleansing is real, but its foundation is crucial.
The following four areas in this chart will help us see from two perspectives.

As you can see, many seasonal fasting and cleansing programs start from a different foundation. Not “bad,” just different. For your health, healing, and wholeness, the foundation you choose will shape how you think, feel, and act, ultimately affecting how you live.
Here is what we are reclaiming as I create my "Four Seasons of Cleansing".
Source of healing
Many models start with “energy” or the universe.
We start with the Father who heals, restores, and leads with love. You are not your own source.
Mindset
Many models aim for “alignment with the universe.”
We aim for stewardship. Caring for what you have been given, with wisdom and peace.
Meditation
Many models focus on emptying the mind.
We experience making room for God to fill our hearts. Staying present without striving.
Food philosophy
Many models label food as “hot and cold” in terms of energy.
We look at design. What the body tends to need in this season and what supports digestion, detoxification, and daily rhythms.
The Father didn’t design your body for pressure but for care in seasons. Living in sync with His rhythms, rest, release, building, renewal, leads to wholeness. So we are not borrowing someone else’s framework. We are building from a Bible-anchored foundation and living it out in simple, day-to-day rhythms.
Take a moment and reflect: When you look at the chart above, what line speaks to you the most right now, and why? Share your insights with me and let’s discover together!

When Healing Is Approached Differently
Most health approaches begin with the body or the mind—what to fix, remove, or control.
This space is for women who are learning from a different starting place. Healing begins with a heart at rest, realigns the inner life, and then supports the body—so practices like cleansing and fasting work with you, not against you, and change becomes lasting rather than another restart.
