Ready for a Spring Cleanse?

Spring may be here, but that does not always mean your body is ready to jump ahead.

Coming out of winter, many of us are still adjusting physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The darker, quieter months often leave us needing more rest, craving comfort, and moving a little slower than we expect.

That is not a problem. It’s part of your transition.

As light increases and the days begin to warm, your body may start to shift. You may feel small sparks of energy, a desire for fresher foods, or a readiness to move again. But spring does not erase winter overnight. It awakens what has been resting.

Spiritually, this season can feel similar. Winter may have been a time of pruning, deeper roots, and quiet listening. Transition is often where the first cracks begin to show, where something hidden stirs, and where new growth just begins to appear.

That is why it is important not to rush into a cleanse just because the calendar says spring. We do not cleanse by the calendar alone. We learn to discern the season within, so we can support the body with wisdom.

In my new video, Ready for a Spring Cleanse?, I share how to navigate this winter-to-spring transition gently and how to begin noticing what season your body is really in and which cleanse may best support it.

When Healing Is Approached Differently

Most health approaches begin with the body or the mind—what to fix, remove, or control.

This space is for women who are learning from a different starting place. Healing begins with a heart at rest, realigns the inner life, and then supports the body—so practices like cleansing and fasting work with you, not against you, and change becomes lasting rather than another restart.
