The Genesis of Healing Day 2: Release

What Was Never Meant to Heal You

Once we awaken to why we keep starting over, something important becomes clear: the problem was never that we tried to support our health. The problem is that we depended on the wrong source to heal us.

Many practices can help—emotional work, nervous system care, fasting, cleansing, etc. These approaches support us, but none are meant to carry the sole responsibility for healing.

Just like food matters to the body.
Food doesn’t create life.
It supports life.

In the same way, health methods provide support and relief—but they are not the source of healing itself. They simply create the room needed for true healing.

  • Room to breathe.

  • Room to feel.

  • Room to slow down.

But the room itself isn't healing either. Healing, the restoration of wholeness and well-being, begins when Love comes and fills the room we’ve made.

Of course relief seems lasting at first, but it fades because the method only provides temporary comfort. True healing requires addressing what lies deeper.

There is nothing wrong with using support. What needs to be released is the expectation that effort, tools, or strategies can heal the heart.

Tomorrow, we'll explore what happens when we stop striving—and let healing flow.

When Healing Is Approached Differently

Most health approaches begin with the body or the mind—what to fix, remove, or control.

This space is for women who are learning from a different starting place. Healing begins with a heart at rest, realigns the inner life, and then supports the body—so practices like cleansing and fasting work with you, not against you, and change becomes lasting rather than another restart.
