A 60-Second Body Season Check-In

Here’s your next step: a simple monthly check-in.

If you’ve been reading the last few posts, you already know we are not cleansing by the calendar anymore. We’re learning to cleanse by season and rhythm.

These questions can help you notice which season your body may be in right now, so you can support it with wisdom rather than pressure.

Ask your body once a month:

  • Am I tired and craving warmth?

→ You may be in a winter rhythm: restore, rest, and gently reset.

  • Am I feeling ready to release?

→ You may be in a spring rhythm: clear out, lighten up, and let go.

  • Am I thirsty or retaining heat?

→ You may be in a summer rhythm: cool, hydrate, and maintain balance.

  • Am I preparing for change or craving grounding?

→ You may be in an autumn rhythm: strengthen, nourish, and support stability.

If you’re not sure what season your body is in, don’t overthink it. Start with this simple question:

Do I need warmth and rest, or release and change?

Your body will often tell you more than the calendar ever will.

The goal is not to label yourself perfectly, but to listen. Each month, notice how your energy, cravings, emotions, and needs shift—especially with the seasons. That awareness is wisdom.

Let this monthly check-in be a gentle pause. Listen, notice, and respond to your body with care.

When Healing Is Approached Differently

Most health approaches begin with the body or the mind—what to fix, remove, or control.

This space is for women who are learning from a different starting place. Healing begins with a heart at rest, realigns the inner life, and then supports the body—so practices like cleansing and fasting work with you, not against you, and change becomes lasting rather than another restart.
